We will gladly take reservations at Burnish for parties of 8 or more. We schedule reservations and events months ahead, so please give us as much notice as possible to help ensure that you are able to be seated. Any parties of 8 or more guests have an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final bill. For reservations of 8 to 29 guests please call the taproom at 443.978.7320. Parties of 25 guests and over will need to complete a $100 gift card deposit before the reservation is secured. This gift card can be used at the reservation. If less than half your party arrives or is more than 30 minutes late- the card will be forfeit to Burnish.
Call ahead reservations will be honored as best as our staff is able with the limited time given. Large groups that provide limited notice may not be able to be seated together.
Any parties of 30 to 70 will be considered an event and will need to be approved and planned with our managers. We host birthday parties, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, office parties, etc. We offer an extended menu, including buffet options, personalized bar menus and scheduled meetings to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. You will have the option of holding your event inside our taproom or outside in the Biergarten. We do not offer a private event space, therefore we will be open to other customers during your event.
Our event fees vary based on the location, duration, party size, and date and time of your event. Your reservation will be secured once your event fee is paid in full. We require a final head count and menu selections to be made one week prior to your event. The food tab will need to be paid in full the day of the event via cash or card (no checks). An automatic 20% gratuity will also be added to your final bill.
Our event fees help to cover our seating loss, as we will reserve your tables at least 2 hours prior to your event and will staff servers specifically for your event.

We love having shop-n-sips and other outside vendor events at Burnish. We currently are working with local artisans and small businesses that primarily create their own products. If applying to be a vendor, please provide a description of your products, photos, and links to any social media accounts.
We love to support our community! Burnish has a certain amount of allotted funds to give to fundraising throughout the year. Fundraising events can be scheduled Sunday through Thursday only.
